Nous avons développé depuis les années 2000 une démarche de certification de nos activités afin de faire reconnaître le haut niveau de compétence de l'entreprise.
Notre démarche qualité s'est appuyée sur la mise en oeuvre de la norme ISO 9001 en terme d'organisation et de management de la qualité.
Afin de répondre à l'exigence de nos clients et à nos obligations réglementaires en terme de fabrication d'appareils à pression, nous avons souhaité pouvoir disposer du plus haut niveau de qualification dans ce domaine. C'est pourquoi l'entreprise est certifiée DESP 97/23/CE D1, H et H1 ainsi que ISO 3834-2.

Quality and sustainable development commitment
Since the 2000s, we have developed a process to certify our activities in order to recognize the high level of competence of the company.
Our quality approach was based on the implementation of the ISO 9001 standard in terms of organization and quality management.
In order to meet the requirements of our customers and our regulatory obligations regarding pressure equipment manufacturing, we wanted to have the highest level of qualification in this field. This is why our company is PED 2014/68/UE D1, H and H1 as well as ISO 3834-2 certified.
Chaudronnerie Bauloise is also committed to a CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) approach and apply the Global Compact 10 principles.

CONTROL & PROOF MEANS
Equiment and organisation
Equipements used for control and appraisal are under Quality Department responsibility.
It is checked by a COFRAQ certified company according to the regulations and Chaudronnerie Bauloise specifications.
Chaudronnerie Bauloise also makes use of external independent and authorized audit companies according to the nature of controls to be carried out.
Welding control
Non-destructive testings are outsourced to an external company certified by COFREND
Operators are COFREND level II & III certified

Positive Material Identification (PMI) control
Hydraulic testing
Hydraulic tests are carried out using electronic sensors connected to a curve recorder.
Equipments are checked annually (according to regulations or customer requirements) by a COFRAQ certified organisation
Structures control
Non-destructive testings are outsourced to an external company certified by COFREND
Operators are COFREND level II & III certified

WELDING DEVELOPPEMENT
Welded assembly are studied and developed according to applicable standards.
A coordinator ensures the development of the welding procedures under the control of a International welding engineer (IWE).
Operating procedures and welders qualifications are validated by a certified company.
Chaudronnerie Bauloise possesses 80 Welding Mode Qualifications and 75 Welder Qualifications.
The entire welding management is handled using Sirfull software (intelligent digital solutions specialized in welding) to follow-up manufacturing, operations, inspection and maintenance of industrial equipments.
